QingyunJi is a personal accounting app focused on simplicity and efficiency. It provides a completely ad-free experience and offers clear and intuitive chart analysis to help users easily manage their finances.

We believe that a great app not only requires innovative ideas and a professional development team but also relies on the love and support of its users. To continue delivering a high-quality experience and ensure sustainable operations, we offer some premium features at a very affordable price while keeping the basic features free to support server maintenance and company operations.

User Conduct Policy

When using QingyunJi App, you must comply with applicable laws, regulations, and the provisions of this agreement. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

1. Engaging in illegal, infringing, or inappropriate activities, including but not limited to disseminating unlawful content, infringing on intellectual property rights, or distributing malicious code;
2. Disrupting or interfering with the normal operation of the service;
3. Copying, modifying, selling, or commercially exploiting any content or functionality of QingyunJi App without authorization.

If any of the above behaviors are identified, QingyunJi App reserves the right to immediately terminate your service and pursue legal action.

Recurring Payment Agreement

By subscribing to QingyunJi App’s Premium plan, you acknowledge that you have carefully read and agree to the terms outlined below prior to making a payment:

1. All purchases made within the app are non-refundable. Please consider your decision carefully before purchasing.
2. Once activated, Premium grants unlimited access to all features for the duration of the subscription period.
3. If you do not cancel your Premium subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, your subscription will automatically renew, and the applicable subscription fee for the next period will be charged at the same rate.
4. If you subscribe via Apple iOS, your subscription will also be governed by Apple’s service terms. To cancel a recurring subscription on iOS: Open “Settings” on your Apple device -> Tap “Apple ID, iCloud, Media & Purchases” -> Tap “Subscriptions” -> Select “QingyunJi App” -> Cancel Subscription.
5. If you cancel your Premium subscription or QingyunJi App discontinues the subscribed product, your subscription will remain valid until the end of the subscription period, at which point it will terminate.

Premium vs. Free

Premium benefits will continue to expand with version updates at no additional cost.

Note: QingyunJi App reserves the right to modify Premium benefits at any time. Changes will be announced through in-app notifications or email, and will take effect 7 days after the announcement. If you disagree with the changes, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.

Will Free Users See Ads?

No, we guarantee that users who do not purchase Premium will not see advertisements.

About Redemption Codes

1. Redemption codes are a special way to access Premium benefits. You can redeem a code in QingyunJi App by navigating to “My” -> “Redemption Code” and entering the code to activate a Premium membership for a specified duration.
2. Lifetime Premium members are not eligible to use redemption codes.
3. Redemption code durations cannot be combined with subscription plans.
4. Redemption codes are only available through official promotional activities.
5. We occasionally offer redemption codes to followers of our QingyunJi Xiaohongshu account.

Important: Redemption codes are for personal use only and may not be transferred, resold, or combined with other promotions. QingyunJi App reserves the right to invalidate any redemption codes used in violation of this agreement.

Please refer to QingyunJi App’s Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect user data.

Service Modifications or Termination

QingyunJi App reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate all or part of its services at any time. Relevant announcements will be made via in-app notifications or email. In the event of service termination, QingyunJi App will provide at least 30 days’ prior notice and assist users with unused Premium subscriptions in arranging reasonable compensation.

Limitation of Liability

QingyunJi App shall not be held liable for any service interruptions or changes in benefits caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters, network failures, or regulatory changes) or technical issues beyond its reasonable control. However, we will strive to minimize the impact on users.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiations. If negotiations fail, either party may bring a claim to the competent court located in the jurisdiction of QingyunJi App’s registered office.
